I followed the direction in the previous post and entered in all the services outbound-ssh client nsm commands, however; the device doesn't appear to attemp on first connect and my log shows the following... ?

I am running version JUNOS Software Release [9.5R1.8], is that the problem?
Are you running the export version? That version has SSH version 1, NSM uses version two. Try a upgrade to domestic, you can download it from support pages.
