    Hi,

     

    Can i do  NAT on a router with IP @ that are not directly connected to the router?
    -         On M-Series with Services PICs
    -         On JSeries with JUNOS with enhanced services

    Hi Julia,

     

    i think we can do on Service PIC. You can configure any IP existing or non-existing on the router in the nat pool and reference the pool in the NAT rule. AS PIC automatically adds a route for that IP pointing to the service PIC (sp-) interface for Reverse NAT.

     

    also on Junos ES – yes. We can do it for both source and dest NAT
