SRX

Hi all, 

i connected an access point to the inside zone, laptops can connect to the internet normally but mobiles cannot ! 

i ve disabled the ALGs and always there are no internet connection for mobile ! 

in your opinion what is the problem ?

Hi marzougui ,

What IP range does your mobile's get from the access point.? is it inside zone interface subnet?

What is the gateway of the access point as well as mobile phone.

Does your mobile has correct DNS settings leased from Access point.

Generate a traffic to 4.2.2.2 or any destination and check the security flow session source-prefix (mobile ip) and share it./

the mobile get automatically the address and DNS , laptops can connect to the inernet normally

Access point gateway: 172.17.60.1

Your configuration does not have interface config so i am not able to determine your inside interface ip address.

If SRX inside interface is 172.17.11.0 subnet , then you need the following:

1. On the access point :

Physical interface ip address will be in the 172.17.11.x and gateway will be 172.17.11.y (inside interface ip of srx)

2. On the SRX , add the route for mobile networks.:

set routing-options static route 172.17.60.0 next-hop access-point ip address 9172.17.11.x)

This should help mobile networks to access interface
