Poor network speeds btw 2 Policy based vpn sites.

So I have Site A and it's internet speeds are around 25/5 and then site B which is a full T1.  Both max out for bandwidth checks to internet, however the site to site traffic is very slow.  1-6Kbps.  The latency btw the two is around 100ms.   I have no policiers or anything like that.  I am just using policy based vpns to connect them.   Any suggestions?  One is a SRX1--HM and the other is SRX240HM  boht running the suggested firmware from juniper.

Check your mtu, st on an srx default to 9000 not 1500 as you might expect.
