fadesa, which junos version you are using ...

i had the similar issue on my srx, tried all, however resolved by upgrading it to junos 10.1r3.7

 

please look at the alarm "fpc 0 fabric chip failure" alarm, might be due to malfunc SFB.

 

So i recommend you upgrade the firmware and see if both issues are resolved otherwise contact JTAC
