  • 1.  Remote VPN Too long to authenticate

    Hi all,

     

    Did anyone tried to login using junos pulse remote vpn access but experience cannot login instantly and you reapeatedly login many times?

    Jm,

     

      Try using the latest Pulse version 4.0. Similar problem has been resolved in the latest Pulse version. You can download the latest Pulse version in http://www.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=pulse#sw.

    Without knowing your netwok environment and no logs available, it maybe a stretch to guess at cause. could it be that you need to have proxy arp enabled?

    Hi to all,

     

    Thanks for your post. I've seen my error on my configuration. Back then I have any any policy and permit action for dynamic vpn so vpn client has no problem connecting on the device. Afterwards I remove the any any policy and replace it with some source ip addresses and destination addresses for security compliance. Then I figure out why vpn client unable to authenticate its credential.
