  • 1.  SRX100B - load factory-default and Press reset button query

    hi all

     

    have attempted to factory reset an SRX100B, but the config on reboot is persisting and for example the prompt displays HA node.

     

    {primary:node0}
    root>

     

    Any ideas please, the unit is sitting next to me and have console cable attached.

    Hi,

     

    I would try using "set chassis cluster cluster-id 0 node 0 reboot".  See link for more info.
