  • 1.  SRX240H no traffic from Apple TV or ITunes Store

    Hi Everyone,

    I am facing here an issue with my new SRX240H on ADSL line, It looks like no traffic goes across from Apple TV, Sony Blue Ray DVD when trying to use Netflix, or iTunes store etc.

    I have been working with J-TAC team for 2 days now and still no resolution.

    I just can't believe that this is an issue on SRX240H, I've already tried on 3 deferent firmware versions.(12r1, 11.2, 10.)

    However everything works fine when i switch over back to my Cisco gear infrastructure.

    Please advise,

    Something in your config, I have a srx100 at home for my gateway and I use sony blu-ray for my netflix all the time.

    Hi,

    If possible, could you please post the relevant configuration and flow traceoption output taken while you access iTunes ?

    I figured out, the trace packets didn't show anything,

    the actual problem was with the packet fragmentation size, here is the command I used(set security flow tcp-mss all-tcp mss 1492) after i commit, BlueRay and Apple TV traffic start working.
