  • 1.  SRX3600 How to check SPC load ?

    Hi,

     

    I'have a cluster of SRX3600 with 2 NPC and 5 SPC each, I'm currently using them exclusively for firewalling purpose but I'm planning to enable IPS feature very soon. But I don't know how to check the current load on the SPC? How could I know if I will need additional SPC or if I'm good with what I have in the boxes ?

    I think

     

    show chassis fpc detail

     

    Will show you stats abot the SPC. I forget if it shows CPU load or just memory and environmental stuff.

    Hi ,

     

    YOu can run these commads to check the CPU and session details on SRX3600

     

    show security monitoring performance spu

    show security monitoring performance session

    show security monitoring fpc x ( spc slot number)

     

    based on these outputs , verify if the utilization are high and if they use additional SPC card to distribute the sessions.
