SRX3600 interface not found

 Hi, anyone seen this on an SRX 3600 ? Interface not found for any of the ge-0/0/x interfaces. Can configure them but they don't  appear?

The card is not detected. Please post the ouput of "show chassis fpc pic-status"

Here is the output, it appears the card is there.

Slot 0   Present      SRX3k SFB 12GE
Slot 1   Present      SRX3k SPC
Slot 10  Present      SRX3k NPC

Hi

These cards should be ONLINE instead of present. It could be the hardware problem. Did you try to reboot the box?

Kashif, I have rebooted the box, no change.

Actually present means it is detected but either not supported by JUNOS version OR not in the right slot. What is the output of "show chassis fpc"

Kindly have a lookt at below link for SPC/NPC/IOC slot positions. If it is not working then try to change the slots for NPC and SPC

If you have this problem check the basics first. You need a minimum of two power supplies for the 3600 to run correctly. The chassis will start on one but the FPCs won't come online.
