    Hi Ali,

SRX5400E/5600E/5800E (E stands for Enhanced ) can support SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board and SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board. SRX5400/5600/5800 not compatible with SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board and SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board. Midplane brings in the diffrence between SRX - 5400 and 5400E , 5400E got enhanced midplane.

    Hi Ali ,

Please read "SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board and SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board" as "SRX5K Enhanced Switch Control Board and SRX5K-RE-1800X4" on my previous reply.

    Hi ckishor

    thanks to your answer ,

do u have idea how we calacuate throughput of Appsec on SRX5800 ?

so if we have SRX5800 with 2 SPC and 1 IOC , this will provide how many Appsec , and IPS ?

    thanks a lot

Hi ckishor A small comment here, SRX5800E refers to the new RE-1800 and SCBE combination. The midplane remains the same. Hope there is no confusion on that front. Thanks.

Thanks for heads up WL , my bad -response was pending on me.
no change in midplane for srx , it was a typo - enhanced midplane is for MX and EX.
