  • 1.  SRX650 - idp license update

    Hi friends,

     

    We are using SRX650 gateway in our environment with redundancy(Node 0 and Node 1 devices)

     

    Our idp signature got expired and we purchased new one,How we can update the devices online without down time.

     

    > request system license add terminal

     

    Paste the license key and press Enter to continue.

     

    The above said will do the update ??? Is there any restart or secondary device configuration is mandatory?

     

    Please advice.

    Hi Sarath,

     

    Yes , we need to use below command to add license.

     

    > request system license add terminal

     

    Paste the license key and press Enter to continue.

     

    No down time / no reboot required/ no configuration required, you need to add license to each node separately.

     

    You can update license via below command as well if you got internet connection from the routing engine.

     

    >request system license update

     

    Ensure that both nodes get updated license.
