  • 1.  SSL VPN with Juniper SRX210?

    I’m looking for the SSL VPN setup with Juniper devices. And currently I have SRX210 gateway, and after reading its relative docs, I don’t see any evidence showing that this device can be terminated by SSL VPN connection.

    I also looked at the “Dynamic VPN”, which looks very similar to SSL VPN solution, but seems like the “vpn client” issued by the SRX device will ONLY be able to terminate SRX device via IPSec VPN connection, not SSL VPN connection. Is that true?

     

    If my understanding above is correct, then next question would be: what is the most efficient plan for me to have SSL VPN solution ready on Juniper devices? A SA series device would do that in a standalone way? Or has to be SRX’s + SA’s? Please advise. Thanks!

    It only does IPSec, but that should be fine for most remote user use cases. If you need SSL VPN. 'd look at a MAG or SA. MAG is newer.
