Shaping on reth Cluster

hello,

I try to configure QOS with Shaping (My BW Wan equal 40Mbps) but it's not possible to apply shaping on reth and physcal interface and per-unit-scheduler is refused by SRX.....

See message:

edit class-of-service interfaces]
  'reth0'
    'per-unit-scheduler', 'hierarchical-scheduler', or 'shared scheduler' is not compatible with scheduler map/input scheduler map on an interface
error: commit failed: (statements constraint check failed)

if you have a good idea!!! :-)

Re: Shaping on reth Cluster

Could you please post your configuration?

I tried it on my test bed, and it can be committed successfully.

Please refer to following:

show class-of-service
interfaces {
    reth1 {
        scheduler-map s-map;
    }
}
scheduler-maps {
    s-map {
        forwarding-class best-effort scheduler s1;
    }
}
schedulers {
    s1 {
        shaping-rate percent 10;
    }
}
