  • 1.  Srx 110 Antivirus does not work -> Code12

    Hi everybody,


    I am trying to test the AntiVirus-Feature on a SRX110.

    I am using the junos-av-defaults profile with the kaspersky-engine, but everytime I try to access an http-site, only the error-message of the browser, that the page can`t be displayed is shown up.


    The Webfilter works correct. Facebook an some other categorys i used to test, were block successfully. But the AV is not working.

    Here is what the log says, whenever I am trying to access a website:

    Aug 20 17:06:13 SRX-MASTER-001 RT_UTM: AV_SCANNER_ERROR_SKIPPED_MT: AntiVirus: Content from 176.52.242.70:80 to 192.168.125.60:60421 www.rockermeier.de/ was not scanned because scan-engine error or constraint with code 12 for cannot alloc req ctx username N/A roles N/A.



    The license will expire in October.


    Can anybody help ?

    With a simple reboot, the problem was fixed ....
