Traffic shaper applying for a range of IP with different class?

Hello,

Is that any example to config the traffic shaper under COS applying for different of IP with different class?

Like this

LAN IP: 192.168.168.0/24
Destination: x.x.x.0/24 & y.y.y.0/24 & z.z.z.0/24

LAN IP <---> x.x.x.0/24 is max 1Mbps
LAN IP <---> y.y.y.0/24 & z.z.z.0/24 is max 2Mbps

Suppose all are same priority. Need control both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.
