  • 1.  Using Traffic Selectors and an numberes ST-Interface

    Hi, just a quick question:

    Is ist possible to use an numbered ST-Interace in combination with traffic-selectors, or has the st-interface to be unnumbered when I use traffic-selectors ?

     

    Normaly I am using traffic selectors with an unnumbered st-interface, but now a new S2S-connection has to be established and the other side is using an third-party-router and they want an numbered st-interface for routing the packets into the tunnel.

    Adding an IP address to st.x is not going to create an issue. Traffic selector is same as the old proxy-id's except it adds the route dynamically .
