  • 1.  [help] auto recovery primary junos image after ungraceful shutdown/restart

    Helo,
     
    My customer use Juniper SRX100 for branch with unexpected of power outage environment. Since Junos need command line for shutdown or reboot, junos OS maybe crash/fail or boot from secondary Junos image after something like hard shutdown cause of the power outage.

     

    Is there any way  to be able automatically or force the device to boot from primary Junos image?

    Hi,

    From 12.1X45 onwards there is a faeture called auto-snapshot, which in this case issues a snapshot on the inactive slice. This might help in your case.
