SRX

I'm trying to setup a SRX1400 at the customer place  that is not connected to the internet. I follow the steps from http://kb.juniper.net/library/CUSTOMERSERVICES/technotes/SRX_IDP_Local_Update.pdf, but the instruction doesn't seem to work anymore

Detector version info :

Attack database version:N/A(N/A)
  Detector version :11.6.140110307
  Policy template version :N/A

Just wanted to tell you that I was able to download a 2M file SignatureUpdate.xml.gz (20M after unpack) using that exact URL, so maybe you should try again. Also, Chrome didn't want to give me the file, so use IE for that.

Opening up index.gz, on 12.1 (detector=11.6.160110307), we see this:

I tried this (and found this to be working):

however if the detector is 12.6.160121210, it doesn't work:
