  • 1.  interface ge-0/0/-3 stop forwarding

    Hello,

     

    we have SRX-240H configured in HA cluster. we have noticed that interface ge-0/0/3 stop forwarding suddenly. the interface is UP and its IP is pingable while the directly connected router IP is not pingable the problem is solved once I plug out the link and plug it again.

    the JUNOS version is JUNOS Software Release [11.2R4.3].

    The SRX is connecte via CISCO switch (!00 Mb/s port). 

    Could anyone advise how to fix this issue?

    We discovered that SRX is connected to commercial power not to UPS system. If the commercial power fails the problem appeared. The problem is fixed after feeding SRX using UPS system.
