  • 1.  license key couldn't be registered

    i had bought several SRX-210h , i want registe those devices to Juniper ,

    but after i had input my license to the register webpage ,

    i find one of the devices couldn't be registered . 

    It said "This serial number is invalid." 

    If there is someone had encountered this kind of problem. And if there is , so how can i to resovle this problem.

    You will need to open a "Customer Care" case.  They can help get products registered or transfered from one person to another.

     

    Support -- By Task -- Create a Case

     

    Select Customer Care instead of technical support
