  • 1.  to test throughput in srx650

    Hello all,  

    I need one help ,  I have to test throughput  of IPS (140Mbps), Firewall (1Gbps) and Antivirus (50Mbps) in SRX650.

     

    How can I test ?  Any one please help

    Hello,

     

    There are many Third party tools available to generate customized traffics (e.g. TCP, UDP with different sizes) that you can use.

    Some of the examples are iperf, ixia etc.

    Is there any command to check the throughput of specific ips, Antivirus.

    Hello,

     

    When you conduct throughput testing, it should be on the machine that is pumping the traffic & giving throughput output.

    On SRX, you can use monitor interface traffic command to check real time pps/bps etc.
