This time there is enough memory in the kernel and IKED is memory allocation is reasonable. Can you check the log and see if you still seeing the memory alloc failure messages?

so far looks like it is not VPN specific issue, please open a JTAC ticket and attach all the logs.
also, please provide JTAC case number.

Thank for update, I already open JTAC before 10 days the memory was 45 MB, today it below 2MB.
Tomorrow it gonna fail ... or I need boot the box.
The support want to "wait" till all VPN's gonna be dropped and then try to understand where is a problem. They not even mention regarding software version.
I lake to be in last version of software - and gonna do your recommendation tomorow , for reason not affect at production env.
My filling it it not VPN itself - the problem with memory leak or some process no release memory.
Ok thank again for update. I'll upgrade and let here know if it solve my problem ...

No. Not a memory problem.
"Free" is misleading in below output.
Actual free memory is = *Free* + Cache ~= 79M
