Convert binary file to ASCII file, SA 6000

Hi,

I am looking for a software to convert a configuration file (binary) to ASCII file of a concentrator SA 6000.

Do you know this kind of soft ?

Or do you know a way to decrypt a SA 6000 configuration file ?

Hey Erwann - why not just export and then use an XML  config file as the starting point for whatever you are trying to do?

The problem is that, in the SA 6000 i've not the good configuration; thus i can't export from it.

Fortunately, I ve a Backup of the configuration(bin file).

I really hope that it's the correct one, so i want to decrypt it to ASCII file.

Also, I can't put the file in the SA 6000, because I'm not really sure that it is the good one, and i can't risk.

Does exist a way to decrypt the configuration file ?

Have you contacted JTAC? I have never heard of such a tool - though I agree it would be quite handy.

There is no way to export the binary configuration to a ascii file.

You can however import the configuration into a different IVE, and then re-export that working configuration as a XML file.
