Extracting information from the xml configuration file

Hi,

Management would like a report generated on the local users we have set up on the local users on our IVE box.  I know the information is in the xml configuration, and with a test script I can see that it will be possible to extract via perl script with XML:imple, but I was wondering if anybody has a perl script that easily extracts specific information from the xml config file, so I don't have to reinvent the wheel?
