How do I get a copy of the Installer Service

I'm looking to upgrademy SA-4000  from 6.0R5 to 6.3R2 but my lab unit (SA3000) won't support the upgrade. How do I get a copy of the Juniper Installer Service to deploy to my users before hand?

I can't just upgrade since I have about 400 clients connected almost all the time.

Hi,

I havent got a spare 4000 around, otherwise i could upgrade it and download the installer service for you.

I think you could create a case and explain your problem to the jtac, and i suspect they will provide you with the installer service.

Maybe you could suggest to juniper to put the installer service as a seperate download on the IVE software download page for future releases ?
