SA2000 in cluster IVE 6.3R5 versus OWA and IE

Hi I'm
registering a random symptom only using IE (ver. 6/7/8)  and Outlook Web Access 2003 (OWA). Only when I
try to “Reply” an e-mail and I push on “send” button. The IE window freeze and my
“reply” goes direct on “draft” folder.

Any Idea? Random
because I’m not registering this symptom for every e-mail (only 1/3)

couple of things i would check will be to make sure the resource defined for the OWA is set for OWA 2003 and not a diffrent version. You said it happens from IE 6 , 7 and 8 is that from the same machine or diffrent machines and diffrent users?

last have you tried accessing OWA directly without going through Juniper and see if you can duplicate the behavior?

1st:     check done:Type Microsoft OWA 2003

2nd:    IE6/7/8 were installed on differents machines and use from differents users

3rd:     I tried accessing OWA directly without going through Juniper: no symptoms

The IVE release 6.3R4 with the same application doesn't give problems

Just to inform the forum

I've contacted the Juniper support.

They collect lot of data, but I need a very fast solution.

I've made (test/try) an update to 6.4R2.

No more problem
