I’m using SA2500 latest OS version 7.1R6
When connecting the portal from Win XP machine (SP3, IE7) I'm unable to lunch the TS bookmark, when you click the TS link, the SA is showing the: Please wait, lancing terminal service session....
But after a few seconds it return to the bookmark page.
When connecting from Win 7 everything works fine.
Any idea ?

Tried upgrading the IE? Try the usual delete cookies/temp files. Also in the address bar for my computer type in %temp% and delete all that you can. Some processes that are currently running will prevent you from deleting some of them. Also check the security setting and make sure cookies are enabled and so on.

As the same bookmark page working fine in Win7 is confirming proper configuration in SA.
In WinXP client, increase logging level to 5
start > Run > regedit
Level set to 5 (default is 3)
Log/monitoring > Client logs > Setting > Make sure, terminal service must be enabled
Once the above is done, try accessing Terminal service bookmark, after it failed, please have a look at debuglog.log
Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Juniper Networks\Logging
It will have a reason for the failure. Also, you can contact Jtac for assistance.

Uninstall the Juniper terminal services client from the pc and access the resource through the SA.
in case If all the above step fails please open a support case.

Connecting from Windows 7 and everything - works fine. This means, the SA is ok.
There should be something on the Windows XP machine which is blocking this.
I would first want you to create a "new user profile" and login to the new user profile on your Windows XP machine.
Connect to the SA and launch terminal services.
Please let me know if that resolves your issue.
If yes - the current profile would have had any common windows update OR AV upgrade OR any other application upgrade recently which is causing this issue.
Please mark this post as 'accepted solution' if this answers your question that way it might help others as well, a kudo would be a bonus thanks
