Untrusted Certificate SA 4500

I just got my certificate installed from Trustwave, and in IE 9 it says its untrusted. Why would this be the case? Did I miss something on the install of the cert?

How can I get rid of this message.

Hello,

This message will appear if the CA is missing in the browser or if the intermediate ca is missing on the SA.  Do you happen to know if Trustwave signs from a intermediate CA?  If you can give me the url where you have the ssl certificate installed, I can check it for you.

URL is secure.mcmenamin.com

I believe they do sign from intermediate and i added that after i added mine.
