VPN Client and Windows 7

Is there a certain way the VPN 9.0r4 client has to be installed on Windows 7.  Each time we try to install it fails to install an adapter that it needs to work.

Sorry, but unless to meant the 6.0r4, you're in the wrong forum.  The Secure Access VPN client (Network Connect) only goes up to version 6.5r1.

I am assuming you mean Netscreen Remote - there is no support in NS Remote for Windows 7. There are some posts on this in the Firewall forum. The concensus is that Juniper will not be adding support - at least anytime soon.
