When will AVG 2010 be recognized in host checker?

Some of our clients have purchased AVG 2010 AV paid version but the host checker for SA2000 failed to recognize it. 

It's ESAP is 1-6-4 and was updated days ago.  Thanks.

I inquired with Support about the new AVG 2011 which is the Free version and was told support would be added in ESAP 1.6.6 due to be released week 1 or 2 of November.  I went to the ESAP package download and changed the 1.6.4 in the URL to 1.6.5 and it downloaded the latest package and I saw AVG 10 Support in there which is what the Paid version is called now.

The best way to find out/get new AV added is to file a JTAC ticket.

JTAC is then able to work on getting the support added.

I would like to update you that we already have filed a bug for the support of this AV and the engineering team has been working on this. Unfortunately as of now we do not have a ETA but the work is in progress. Please let me know if you have any questions.
