Don't know if you have seen this data sheet - it provides an overview of the Secure Meeting features:

If this worked for you please flag my post as an "Accepted Solution" so others can benefit. A kudo would be cool if you think I earned it.

Re: secure meeting features comparisum

Do you have some specific features/questions we can help with?

I can tell you that one of the biggest concerns for many customers is  security. Since the SA device is hosted on your own network, all communications are secured in a point-to-point fashion. With hosted solutions, there is a de-crypt at the host - so you are trusting their security vs your own. It is not as feature-rich as some other solutions - not intended to compete with Adobe Connect for example - but for end-user support, workgroup meetings, etc - it's very convenient and capable.

Re: secure meeting features comparisum

i`ll explain the scenario here,

our company is planing to offer remote support services to other customer, so currently we are using logmein rescue which is good,  now i suggest the compay to go for SA since it more secure as  u said but again i need an advice about the feature would it usefull for such scenario.
