This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  6.1 online help in 6.2

    Hi,

     

    I just downloaded 6.2, but clicking on the question mark at the upper right corner for help, it notoriously links too the 6.1 equivalents of the help. If I correct manually the "6.1.0" to "6.2.0" in the browser, it displays the appropriate help screen intended for 6.2.

    JTAC claims they device behaves fine, displaying 6.2 help pages!

     

    Any idea? 

    How it behaves in your devices (for those installed 6.2) ?

    Hmm, mine is working fine as well (points to 6.2). Did you try to clear the cache in your browser?

    You were right! But I still can't understand what cache has to do with the stuff if the WebUI tries to access an exact link (at least I think it should do)? Is it just sending a part of it and the browser thinks being clever enough to serve what it believes to be the right content?
