Backup interface on SSG-520/550

Is it possible to configure serial interface as backup interface on SSG-520/550? My current link to ISP is ethernet but I have option to use serial interface as backup to the same ISP. On smaller SSG-s it works fine, but on SSG-500 I don't see the way how to configure it.

Only the SSG5 has the backup interface feature.
However, you can utilize the 'interface failover' feature.

replacing one of the ethernet interfaces with the AUX port serial interface.

Thanks for the answer, but interface failover isn't what I need. Backup should be on synchronous (V.35 or X.21) serial interface with frame relay encapsulation. Is this feature in the roadmap for SSG-140, SSG-300 and SSG-500 systems?

You may have already figured this out.
If you want a synchronous serial connection, then you need to add the Synchronous Serial PIM to your SSG140, 300, or 500 series:

Then you would utilize the 'interface failover' feature with the serial interface.
