hi guys, is there a way to capture on logs all block incoming traffic on netscreen 50

because we setup a polycom telepresence and it's only a one way call, other party can see and hear me.

But i'm not able to see and hear other party.

so i want to setup a log to check which incoming ports are being block by the netscreen.

Hi,

You can configure a policy that allows all traffic (Any souce, Any Destination, Any service)

Enable logging on the policy. (Its a checkbox on policy page)

Later, you can review the logs and accordingly configure the firewall.

If you know the specific source and/or destination, then you can modify the policy accordingly.
