Hi Rtracoon,
Yes. Go in Network -> DHCP menu and you ll be able to configure a DHCP instance for each sub - interface of your 802.1Q link.

Please can you tell me which version of ScreenOS support the DHCP server on trunk interface (subinterface) feature ?

Are you in a NSRP config ? Like Actif/Passive ?

Yes: Active/Passive mode.
DHCP server is not support on sub interfaces in case of a NSRP config ( only DHCP relay )
