This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  Failed to bind to zone DMZ

    Hi

     

    I have a SSG20 Firewall

    I tried to change the zone on Ethernet0/0 using the GUI from untrust to DMZ and get the following error:

     

    ###INterface ethernet0/0 failed to bind to zone DM|

     

    Interface: is currently in use

     

    I get the same error when trying to change

     

    I have gone through the Interface config and can only see that Monitor Track-IP is configured.

    I try to unset this thorugh CLI and nothing appears to happen.  No errors.

    But the Track-IP still shows.

    When i attempt to remove it from the GUI, i get Page 404 Not Found error.

     

    Can anyone help 😞

    Does not matter

     

    problem solved

     

    I had some old legacy VPN Tunnels setup on that interface, which i had to remove first.

    After doing that it let me change the Zone 🙂
