Screen OS

Hi all,

I'm a Korean engineer and I have a trouble with ISG-2000's OS.

Below text is ISG-2000's problem.

Simply say,

whenever I installed Bootloader, it was continually failed.

So, I also retried it after changing the RAM 

BUT Failed as well.

Please give a tip to solve this problem.

1. I pushed memory reset button

2. I did turned off and on continually

3. After I inserted module(GB2-TX), I tried installing OS.

4.  I also connected LAN cable PC to ISG-2000's MGT.

Please review the instructions on this technical bulletin.  I think you are hitting the issue with the newer signing key.

You will probably need to contact JTAC for assistance.  Once you are in that state, there is not a way to update the signing key.

Thanks to your help.

I want me to be supported by JTAC.

but, whenever I gave Serial number to JTAC support center, they always said it was invalid Serial number...

(I gave them about 10 devices serial number )

I don't know why its serial number was invalid.. even though it was New In Box Serial number..!!

For you support contract with JTAC, open an Admin Service Request with all your serial numbers listed.  You can then work with a Juniper person that will help you get the information needed to update your support contracts in the systems so you can have a JTAC case.

You may need to find some additional information from your Juniper supplier to get the records corrected.
