Hi ,
We have a mailserver hosted behind the firewall.
We are not able to recieve mails from few domains.
The Antispam has been enabled on the firewall.
I m running on ScreenOS version 6.1.0r1.0
When looked at the Reports > System Log > Events, there weren't any noticeable logs relevant to the antispam blockage.
How to troubleshoot whether the antispam has blocked the incoming mails?
I also referred the " Troubleshooting Anti-Spam Version 1.21" document from the juniper support site, but that wasn't sufficient?
Is there any other workaround, by how any mails from "XXX@domain.com" could be allowed to bypass through the Antispam checking?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
i believe you should see the spam hits in the event log!
Did you enable anti-spam in the policy which allows the smtp traffic ?
Regarding the allowing of a certain domain, there is a whitelist option, i believe from the top of my head, in the security\anti-spam menu. You should be able to add the domain there i think.
