IPSec tunnel inside Netscreen-Remote client Dialup IPSec

I want to create IPSec tunnel inside Netscreen-Remote client Dialup IPSec tunnel. My dailup IPSec tunnel is up. But it is not allowing IKE traffic for other tunnel. How should I allow it ?

That is not a possible configuration.  Can you elaborate further on what your goal is and describe your topology?
