Juniper remote client

I am using the client 9.0.r3 on a XP. Somtimes my connections show up if I right click on the icon and somtimes the ydont. I have to uninstall and re-install to get the to show back up. I am using a Dell notebok.

Any ideas?

ok. First right click the netscreen remote client icon and then reload security policy and then try to connect.

No we tried just the reload but the connectins did not show up.
