Log time is 1hr slower

Hi,

I'm using Netscreen 5xt, I find the time shown in system event log is always one hours slower than the the system time. How to correct it?

Something wrong Daylight Saving Time settings maybe?

Dear Screenie,

I'm in China Standard Time zone. The daylight saving option is not applicable to my PC. I set the the time zone for my Netscreen 5xt to +8 from GMT and automatically adjust clock for daylight saving change is unchecked? Is it correct?

Maybe you can force the right logtime by adding on hour to the timezone?

Good question when you know me, but in this case yes! If you have a hour difference why not try a workaround?
