  • 1.  NS5200 ScreenOS 6.3

    I have a NetScreen 5200 currently 6.3.0r14. I am stuck in a boot loop. It boots up loads the image and then goes to initialize the OS and the gives me an error saying that this firmware is incompatible. I have been trying to figure out a way to some how get it to load. the output is in the attached file. The client who needs this is hooked on running the 6.3 software and I have run out of ideas. What seems to be the issue? I am thinking that the NS-5000-M2 is not compatible with the firmware. All answers are appreciated.

    You have first generation line cards in the device.  6.3 is only supported on 8G2 and 2xGE cards.
