I am a fresh user of SSG-5 firewall for about 3 months. Recently users cannot connect Internet through the firewall. ISP replied that there is no problem to their Internet Circuit but requested us to reboot the Firewall. At this moment, I discovered that there is no way to reboot/restart the Firewall under WebUI accessing. I need to manually unplug the power adapter and plug on again to restart. Internet connection is resumed.
Can any expert tell me how to reboot the Firewall remotely ?
Can we telnet into the Firewall and input the "Reboot" command ?

You can reboot the firewall through the webUI:
Configuration - Update - ScreenOS/Keys: RESET
