Do you know where can I find a simple guide on how to setup the SSG 20 for SIP trunking, in particular Broadvox. I originally setup the router and everything was working OK but since about a month or so my incoming calls are not working anymore, Broadvox is telling me that they are seeing the invite being sent to our IP with no reply. Every once in a while it will work but then as suddenly as it started to work it stops working.
How can I monitor/log the invite traffic as it hits the router? I tried the logs under the policy but all the untrust to trus policies that I have created, (SIP, SIPS and Media) are not loggin anything.
