Hi all, I have a SSG-550M.

But, It was not working suddenly.

So I hope you to help me.

The problem is three.

1. Power noise

2. In front of the panel, there are 4 light.

After turning on the SSG-550M, I recognized all of 4 light were turned on...continually.

3. Besides, I connected it to the PC using the console cable.

In CLI, no respond...

It does appear that you have the console port correctly connected.  If you are sure the terminal software is correctly set to 9600 8/N/1 then this device looks dead on the control board itself.

You should see a pre boot sequence going on the screen.  Without any output at all there really are not any options.

If I remember correctly the SSG550 does have an replaceable internal flash drive and memory.  You could try removing and reseating all these parts while cleaning any dust and the like out.  

Hard to tell from the video, but it does sound like the bearings are shot on the fan which would be the noise.  That should be a simple part to replace if you can get this to boot.

So hard to fix it..

The LEDs indicate a RAM failure.  If you have a support contract on the device, I would recommend opening a JTAC case for an RMA.
