Hi,
I had purchased a new SSG 350M.
I am able to access the SSG with the default ip address 192.168.1.1 (my PC ip address : 192.168.1.2) on
the default interface e0/0 and I am able to see the WebUi Login Screen.
After logging in, I had configured my SSG on a Trust port e2/0 with ip 172.30.5.3 and I am able to Telnet to the
SSG with the ip 172.30.5.3 from any of my PC connected to the office network.
But when I tried to use WebUi to login to SSG as below :
HTTP://172.30.5.3// , I get a error "Redirect fail" and I am not able to get the WebUi Login Screen.
I had surfed the Internet and some adivces like setting and removing the SSL as well as TSL options had been
tried but with no success.
I had read the SSG manuals in and out and tried all means but unfortunately without any success.
I had configured the SSG simply as below :
Configuration --> Admin --> Management -- HTTP Port :80 (Redirect HTTP to HTTPS)
Network --> Interfaces --> e2/0 -->Static IP (IP Address/Netmask :172.30.5.253/24 Manage IP :172.30.5.3),,,,,
Service Options (Management Services ::: WebUI flag is "on" ).
Kindly give me some advice or hints on how to troubleshoot the WebUi Login problem.
