This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  SSG520M - ALG H.323 Enable/Disable

    Anyone know how to solve below issue.

     

    When the ALG H.323 is disable, my Avaya VoIP system is working fine through the IPSec VPN but my Tandberg Video conferencing device not able to answer call.

     

    But when i enable the ALG H.323, the tandberg Video Conferencing device is working fine. This time my avaya VoIP phone system will having problem like call keep dropping ... after few second of connection.

     

    my temporary soloution for this is disable to ALG H.323 for few minute then only enable it back. This can solve the problem for me for around 1 - 2 days.

     

    any idea?

    Hi Teo

     

    u can create separate policy for AvayaVoIP System with application ignore and u can enable ALG H323 Globally

    Here's the steps

    1. enable ALG H323 globally

    2. create specific policy for Avaya VoIP system and set application to ignore
