Crash dump, the system will reboot...

any suggesions? What I need to do? Change hardware? Downgrade or upgrade software?

BTW: I don't use any firewall features like a AV, antispam and so on. Just filtering and NAT. Normal flow through it ~30-35Mbps.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

The references I can find using our case archives suggest it may be a hardware issue. I would recommend contacting JTAC or your reseller.

I forgot about one important thing: I have two SSG550 (NSRP is configured). I thought that it is a hardware problem too, but when I switchover to standby device the situation is repeated. Is it possible to have two damaged devices in same time?

It's unlikely, open a case to have an analysis of the trace dump.

Now I have 8 days uptime. What did I do:

    1. Replace standby SSG with new (!!!)

    2. Next day after replacement I execute:

    unset alg appleichat enable
    unset alg appleichat re-assembly enable

    due to jtac recomendations.

Hope it helps somebody with the same problem.

Did performing the unset on those two command lines resolved the issue.   Have you experienced any more crashes.

    unset alg appleichat enable
    unset alg appleichat re-assembly enable
