I've come across an issue that enables me to render an SSG device inoperable (*no* traffic will pass across) from the untrusted side. The only solution thus far has been a system reset. I can repeat the behavior reliably on a backup device.

Is this the type of thing that should be sent to SIRT or should I open a case about it?

If you can do it with traffic alone, yes a sirt report would be great. If it's a configuration or operational command that does it, then just a JTAC case will work.

    Thx
